- Who runs this site
- swimgrow.com is run by Yevhenii Rozov, a sole trader in Warsaw, Poland. Write to hello@getswimgrow.com about anything on this page.
- What I collect
- Only what you type into the request form: your email, and if you add them, your school's website or social page and the parts you picked. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- Why
- To reply to your request and to talk about working together. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract, and my interest in answering you.
- Who receives it
- The form sends your request by email to my inbox at hello@getswimgrow.com, through the email service FormSubmit. The site is hosted by Railway, which keeps short technical logs to run and protect the site.
- How long
- As long as you and I are talking, and after that only as long as needed to keep a record of what was agreed.
- Never sold
- I never sell your details. I do not collect any child's data through this site.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold, or object to how I use it. Write to hello@getswimgrow.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
- Changes
- If this page changes, the date at the top changes.
